Remote secreterial services needed

I need some help with typing up dictation (vital). (I would email the dictating?)
A telephone answering service while I am out/engaged on the phone would really help.
I'd like somebody to send out letters for me. I'd provide the letter plus enclosures as pdfs, you would print all (some in colour), package and post them out.
I'm in Cheshire (England). For posting things out, I think you'll need to be on UK mainland?

I'm a financial planner, so some experience in financial services would help.

I have my logos etc. in digital form, so you wouldn't need a paper supply. I could order paper/ink for you? or reimburse you for purchases that you make?

If you'll be sending out letters on my behalf, it would have to be printed on a good (laser) printer.
