Remote Recruitment & Marketing Assistant

Main Responsibilities

I am looking for a reliable remote assistant to support tutor recruitment, outreach, and marketing activities.

A key part of the role will be helping to find and recruit qualified Maths and English tutors. This will involve researching and contacting universities, teaching training providers, graduate job boards, teacher groups, and educational organisations. You will identify suitable candidates for Primary, GCSE, and A-Level tuition, maintain accurate records of contacts made, follow up with potential applicants, and assist with arranging initial screening calls.

You will also support marketing activities by identifying opportunities to promote educational courses. This may include contacting schools, community groups, parent organisations, and other relevant groups, as well as researching websites, newsletters, forums, and social media communities where courses may be promoted. You will maintain a database of marketing opportunities and assist with outreach activities when required.

The role requires good organisation and attention to detail. You will be expected to keep accurate records of your work and provide a brief daily report summarising activities completed, responses received, tutor leads generated, and marketing opportunities identified.

Requirements
Strong written and spoken English
Good internet research skills
Confidence sending professional emails and messages
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Experience in recruitment, marketing, administration, lead generation, or education is desirable
