Remote PA / secretary - home Based

We are looking for a remote ( home based ) secretary / PA to provide assistance to our senior manager.
your tasks will be mainly receiving dictations and for typing a returning them back same day/ next day.
You will also be give access to online bookeeping software and we will require you to update the software as and when required. Full training will be provided.

We will require you to perform general admin tasks such as typing.
This role is for 5 hours a day and you should be available in front of your computer for the 5 hour ( 10am to 3pm UK time) . If you have other commitments , you will not be able to take up this role.

This is not a role that can be fit around your current job and worked as and when as you can.
We are guaranteeing you payments for the 5 hours , so you should be available as agreed via Skype.

you will have your own computer and internet connection which should be reliable.
Good skills in IT and English language is essential.
