Remote Customer Service Assistant

Good morning all,

I own an online dropshipping (homeware) business and I am looking for someone who can provide customer service support throughout the week for 6 hours a day, though the hours can be somewhat flexible (e.g. you may wish to work 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon or do 6 hours first thing in the morning etc). The role will involve responding to emails from customers, querying any lost parcels with suppliers, sending tracking details etc. It's a very simple business but I will provide all the information/training required.

We are ideally looking for someone who may wish to work with us long-term to grow the business and is available Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day and the pay would be £8 per hour. The job can be done remotely and would initially be on a one month trial basis, but hopefully will continue on after that if it works for both parties.
