Regular virtual assistant

I'm interested in a regular virtual assistant to help with day to day coordination of my activities. Should take up around 3 hours per week, in small chunks of 30 minute per day or so work. I am an international speaker and require someone to handle the admin re travel, invoices, send out post course and pre-course emails etc. I also have developers working on putting my lectures on our online platform , so need someone to just keep an eye on all the little workflows relating to those projects and keep me updated.
