Hello, I need someone to transfer job descriptions data from one template to a new format/template. The current job descriptions are 4-5 pages; they need to be transfer a template that is 2-3 pages (at most).

NEW Job Descriptions should be saved as: JOB TITLE (Adopted Date in parenthesis)
Ex: Human Resources Business Partner III (April 2026)
