Recruiting & Job Posting Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Job Posting & Recruiting Assistant to help support our remote hiring operations.

Your main responsibility will be posting approved job listings across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Craigslist, and other recruiting/job board platforms when needed.

You will also help monitor listings, manage posting organization, and ensure application traffic is redirected correctly to our application forms and internal systems.

This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours and ongoing work for the right person.

Responsibilities

Post approved job listings on recruiting platforms
Manage and organize active listings
Update or refresh listings when needed
Follow posting instructions and workflow guidelines
Redirect applicants to our application forms
Communicate clearly regarding posting progress and account status
Requirements

Experience using job boards or recruiting platforms
Familiar with platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Craigslist, etc.
Organized and responsive
Good English communication
Comfortable working independently
Experience with ATS/recruiting workflows is a plus
