Recruit CRM Data Entry & Research

We are a specialist recruitment agency in the civil engineering sector, and we need structured support to upload and clean our Remediation contractor database inside Recruit CRM.

This role is focused on data accuracy and research — ensuring each remediation contractor is fully set up in our system with the right tags, decision-makers, and tiering.

Tasks:

Add/remediate Remediation contractor companies into Recruit CRM

Apply correct sector tag (Remediation only)

Assign geographic region (North, Midlands, South, Wales, Scotland, London & SE)

Source and add decision-makers via LinkedIn / company websites (Ops Director, Project Director, Commercial Director, etc.)

Upload contact details (name, job title, LinkedIn URL, email, phone where available)

Apply our Tier system (Tier 1 = core client, Tier 2 = active prospect, Tier 3 = keep warm)

Provide a progress log in Excel/CSV

Requirements:

Experience with Recruit CRM (or similar ATS/CRM system)

Strong LinkedIn research skills

Attention to detail — accuracy is key

Experience in data enrichment / admin support

Familiarity with the construction / remediation / civil engineering space (advantage but not essential)

Deliverables:

Cleaned and enriched database of remediation contractors in Recruit CRM

At least 30 remediation companies uploaded, tagged, and tiered

Key decision-makers linked to each company

One-off project to start, with potential for ongoing work across other verticals (Earthworks, Civils).
