We will provide the official Swiss RAV PDF form
(“Bescheinigung über Zwischenverdienst”, Form 10018d – 02-2025).
The task is to recreate this form as a fully functional Excel template.
REQUIREMENTS (MUST):
- Excel (.xlsx or .xls), Windows
- ONE worksheet only
- All PDF pages recreated on the SAME worksheet, stacked vertically (one below another)
- Layout must be visually identical / pixel-aligned with the PDF
- Cells and merged cells ONLY
- Every visible box must be a writable cell or merged cell
NOT ALLOWED:
- No shapes
- No text boxes
- No images (foreground or background)
- No form controls / ActiveX
- No approximate or “similar” layouts
PRINTING:
- A4 landscape
- 100% scale
- Exactly 1 page
- PDF export without manual adjustment

To confirm the printing requirement: since all PDF pages must be recreated on a single worksheet and stacked vertically, do you mean each recreated PDF page should print as one A4 landscape page (page breaks set automatically), or do you require the entire worksheet (all stacked pages together) to print as exactly one A4 page?
