Record search - email, fax, phone numbers - 2816 records

This job is about reorganising the data linked at the "Source" sheet according to the "Instructions" sheet of the attached Excel file and to search for "Email", "Phone" and "Fax" of each record.

100% of related Phone numbers must be found and the final file will be checked accurately before being accepted. If data is reported as "not found", we will check record by record by making a google search. We will review the results only 2 or 3 times in total, so only 2-3 iterations will be accepted so I recommend the data is searched in depth in the first attempt!

Phone and fax number should be clean of any non numeric code (eg "/"). Please use ' to avoid missing the leading 0 in Excel

With reference to Project ID 3615324, Record search - email, fax, phone numbers - 5551 records, please continue the Spain and Italian files and add the records highlighted in green in the attached Progress file.

Please, create the Portugal file and follow the instructions deteailed in the Instructions Sheet row 9, in particular cell J9

Please, send separate samples of 3 records for "PT" sources before starting the job.

The job must be finished before 29th July 2022. If late, I will be off until 29th August so we will continue from there
