Real ale pub guide

We have 50 xls spreadsheets of data relating to pubs and their beers around the country (about 3500 pubs in all). We need to input the email address from hard-copy questioinnaires, organise an emailing to those pubs whose email addresses we have, then a postal mailing to the remainder, requesting that they update and return their entry. This incoming information then needs to be taken into the database.
