We need someone who is an expert on word and PDF's . Our reports are created by an app and because of the detail they don't line up in the boxes correctly. We are given a PDF which then needs converting to word and re aligning. In most cases there are 2 - 5 reports that also need to be combined into the one report. there is a table at the top of each report that also needs to be combined into one table.
When our in house team are doing these reports they find the easiest thing is to start with a blank template and copy and paste everything into one document. which is a very time consuming process.
The example I have uploaded is a simple one that only has 2 reports to be reformatted and combined.
You will see on page 14 of the first report it starts to go out of line , as soon as it does this you cannot get it all to line up again without starting again. The second document you will see it goes out of line straight away on page 10.
To try and make it as clear as possible.
The job is to make these 2 documents 1document with all pictures and boxes lined up like page 10 of the first document.
We provide the documents in PDF , we can receive them in Word or PDF once complete.
We have many of these reports to do, Initially we would like you to try one and that will give you the opportunity to see how long this would take and if we can make it work long term.
I haven't put any realistic budgets if you can give me a price based on the example attached.
