Query & report on CSV data

have a large csv files with address, post code and name fields ( sample attached) . the total file size is about 3.5TB

I want to be able to cross reference a list of post codes (csv format).

So let's say that i have one postcode or a list of postcodes. I want to be able to put this list of postcodes somewhere in the xls or exe or vba or whatever, and return every row in the original worksheet form which contains that / those postcodes.

As an example lets say in the sample file attached i wanted it to search for these postcodes:

CF11 8EY
CF15 7SR
CF24 4BG
CF3 0AA
CF3 0AB
CF3 0AD
CF3 0AE
CF3 0AF
CF3 0AG
CF3 0AH
CF3 0AJ
CF3 0AL
CF3 0AN

Then i want to the result to be all rows that have those postcodes from the above list in. ( i will then use that resulting data to print address labels.) So i might end up with a 500 rows or results . I want to then save this as a new workbook.

This is exactly the same as if I were using the sort/filter button on the " postcode" column, and was manually selecting the postcodes, which would return all the results I want. I just don't want to do manually as there could be hundreds!
