This project involves obtaining competitive intelligence data on 10 companies providing invoice validation services to businesses. A startup brokerage aims to sell such services assisting clients to validate accuracy in energy billing.

It is essential to include the pricing model and relevant cost, as I am looking obtain a very cost effective provider.

Key service details of rivals must be researched and recorded in a provided spreadsheet under headings like company name, location, services offered, targeted industries, pricing models etc. Important additional aspects discovered should be briefly annotated with rationales for their relevance. The analysis intends benchmarking competitors to identify differentiators and gaps for the broker's unique value proposition. The freelancer shall independently collect publicly available information from like contact name, number, personal email, third party review sites, social media etc. Ethics and anonymization must be maintained regarding proprietary or sensitive competitor data.
