Property price analysis for a specific central London area

I need someone with excellent accuracy and analytical skills to analyse verified historical comparative sales prices for 2017 for a particular category of property in central London. The data should be presented in a spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers acceptable) including the address of the property sold, date sold (which should be within a 2 year period from July 2016 to June 2018), sale price, square metres of property and price per square metre (calculated from the previous two metrics). Sources of sale prices can include https://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices, https://landregistry.data.gov.uk/, https://www.realyse.com/ or any other verifiable tool which you may be able to find or to which you have access. A link to the information source for each property should also be included in the analysis. If historical sales materials (images, floor plan etc) are available, it would be helpful to provide those (or links to those) as well. A working knowledge of London areas and property would be a benefit. The objective is to find comparative sales which match or are less than a particular target £/m2 value).
