Property Management

I am looking for someone who is experienced in dealing with the management of residential properties for a private landlord. You should be knowledgeable in all the day to day aspects of property management such as arranging maintenance work, safety certificates, dealing with tenant inquiries, lazy managing agents, insurance claims, late rent payments and also finding new tenants. This would be for three properties, two in Clapham and one in the West End. If you also have experience in the management of blocks of flats this would be an added bonus.
