Property business support

I’m building a multi-branch property business focused on Rent-to-Rent (Serviced Accommodation and HMOs), deal sourcing, and social housing. I’m looking for a skilled property manager who can help me set up and manage the operational side as the business grows.

What I need support with:

Setting up and supporting in deal sourcing
Helping with Serviced Accommodation and/or HMO properties
Liaising with landlords, agents, investors and tenants/guests
Coordinating maintenance and cleaners
Managing bookings, guest communication, and property compliance
Air BnB platform etc
Helping systemise the business for smooth daily operations

Ideally, someone who understands or can learn about deal sourcing and Rent-to-Rent and can work with me as we acquire new properties
