Project Support / Assistant - Property / Construction Industry

Hi,

I am looking for some ad hoc support on a couple of property/construction related projects that I have. The role could either suit an assistant project manager or an experienced administrator / EA type person. The plan is for this to be a remote job, but site visits in London may help (but not mandatory)
The general tasks I have are as follows:
- Complete and submit documents to statutory bodies in preparation for a property development
- Ordering of materials from suppliers
- Getting quotes from suppliers
- Arranging suppliers and contractors to visit site
- Creating simple reports on progress / general updates
