Project Administrator

We are looking to engage a Project Administrator to join our pool of Project Administrators!

Our company and its clients have a multitude of projects in which we require Project Administrator(s) to be engaged.

We want you to be responsible for all administrative duties of a project; ensuring the preparation is always done; thus meaning the Project is always moving forward
You will be added to our ticketing system


What do we want from you?

Organised: To have excellent time management and organisation skills; attention to detail and accuracy whilst having an eye to project variables

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills ability to liaise with both internal and external resources confidently both orally and written.

Handle Task Management: Manage day to day such as assigning relevant people

Handle Meeting Management: Prepare Agenda’s, Scheduling, Capture & Processing of notes & depict back to Project
