UK Based Virtual Role
I'm looking for a Project Administrator to join our growing team on a virtual basis.
We are a Zoho Premium Partner and work on really exciting projects - large and small. Our business is providing Zoho solutions to UK SMEs - mainly CRM solutions.
The role is an ongoing role with flexible hours although you should be contactable throughout the working day for any urgent requests. The expectation is for 10 hours per week although it varies from week to week (up and down)
All time is logged and paid monthly.
It would suit an experienced virtual assistant or remote project manager.
We require the following skills :
Massively organised - keeping on top of tasks that the team are delivering.
Client communication - providing regular updates and attending Teams calls when required.
Internal communication - ability to liaise with all team members including support, training and development teams.
Report generation / writing - keen eye for detail and ability to construct reports
Tools we use :
We use Zoho One including Desk, CRM, Projects, Sprints etc.
And Teams / O365 for our comms.
Previous experience of these tools is beneficial but not essential as we'll train you up.
Please apply with your experience on managing previous similar projects. I'm not after a massively experienced Project Manager, but someone who is organised and can communicate effectively with our clients and internal team.
