Role Overview
As a recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will partner closely with our leadership team to understand role requirements and build pipelines of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
Coordinate interviews and communicate between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of technical roles (software engineers, product managers, designers).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles at once.
Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards).
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting in software/IT consulting.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to recruit globally and across time zones.
