Prepare Presentations from Word Documents

I have some word documents which need to be converted to a presentation using Adobe or other similiar software program. There is approx 500 pages to be converted into 22 mini presentations with a starting page and ending page added to each.

I have attached screenshots to be a better idea of work involved. The folders represent one presentation and the word documents represent the files to be converted to Powerpoint.
