Prepare Excel Spreadsheet from Word Document

I have a Word Document which is a Art Exhibition Catalogue. It essentially has the following information in it. Location, Artist, Catalogue Number Description and Price.

I need you to turn this into a 5 column spreadsheet in Excel format A: Location, B: Artist, C: Catalogue Number, D: Description E:Price

Please note that the numbering system isn't unique so therefore when you get to the Outdoor Sculpture which starts at 1 again please can you Put an S in front of the numbers... therefore S1 (there will be two S1s) all the way through to S46 (Woven URN)
