Post 100 pieces of pre-written content into Wordpress

Hello, I have hundreds of pieces of content, some text only, others have an image to go with them.

I will supply login information and a link to a Dropbox folder with:

Text file or PDF
Image (if there is one)
Category to post to
keywords
publish date to set

You will work through the folders, posting all the content into the correct place on the site, setting the right date, adding a thumbnail from the image library and adding keywords.

I estimate it will take 2 minutes to post each piece of content.

I want to start to work with someone on 100 pieces of content. I estimate I have 1000 at least, maybe more.
