Populate fields in an XLS sheet from a XML file (link below)

Job 1: Populate Column C (Count) of the first tab in the attached excel file with a count of how many instances there are in the XML file where the value in the field contains all words from Column B (Clean Job Title) in any order.

Job 2: Populate Column A () of the second tab ( with Clean Matches) with the values from the field in all records in the XML file. Then, populate Columns B to K with Matches from Column B in the "Clean Job Title Count" Tab. A match is when all words (in any order) from a Clean Job Title record are contained within a record. Match 1 should contain the record with the most matching words, Match 2 the next, and so on. There may not always be 10 matching values.
