Plug and play Bar graphs and pie charts

Need to present information to a group of people in a Bar graph and pie graph presentation.

The data will be presented monthly and I will need to change the information monthly.

I am not expecting it to do the math for me, I'll calculate the math, I just want it to present the math in a graphic representation.

Please see attached document for what I want the bar graphs to look like. If you have better ideas, please present them to me.

I want to be able to plug numbers into excel, and have it spit out nice bar graphs with the following information.

The bar graph shows percentage of training completed for different departments and different personnel.

The first bar graph will show everyone that has worked here longer than 6 (denoted as >6 months : Hired before MMYY)

- The current month and the year will go at the top

The first department is labeled as MSW, and their personnel are broken down by RNs and HMs
The reader of the graph should be able to tell this information

1. How many personnel in this department are RNs? How many personnel are HMs?
2. What percentage of their training is completed?

I need all these bar graphs on one slide for the following departments

3.) MHP (Support Site)

Third Slide (4 PIE CHARTs)

Show percentage of training completed for ALL HMs that are 6 months
Show percentage of training completed for ALL RNs that are 6 months

Fourth Slide (two pie charts)

Show percentage of training completed for ALL RNs (regardless of when they were hired)
Show percentage of training completed for ALL HMs (regardless of when they were hired)
