Personal Assistant (Virtual Assistant) positions demand competence and skill at performing the following duties: reading, monitoring and responding to the principal's email, preparing correspondence on the principal's behalf, commissioning work on the principal's behalf, liaising with staff, clients, etc., managing the principal's electronic diary, booking meetings, organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries, writing minutes, taking dictation, planning, organising and managing a budget, conducting research on the internet,writing grant applications, writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters, preparing presentations, and preparing papers for meetings.

I have a tight budget to run a trail to see how a Virtual Assistant will work for the business, so we welcome competitive bids. A person sucessful in the role will be eligable for commission on 1% on grant applications over £20K.
