Personal Assistant

I’m looking for a director level PA to help organise my whole business process. I work extremely quickly and 24/7 and my current systems cant keep up. I need someone to set up and maintain a reference system to note all my dealings and communicate them to other stakeholders. All to be done permanently by email, chat, zoom etc so location not important although no more than a few of hours time difference of the UK would be ideal so we are not waiting for each other too much. Working knowledge of Excel would be great as would a leaning towards Marketing, Design and Web although relevant industry experience is not that important. Immediate start and must be able to devote at least 4 hours per day to this project as and when the work arrives. Ongoing contract if we hit it off.
