PDF to be converted to text and separate image files, by hand

I need a PDF to be converted to text and separated images by hand.

You should not use auto convert tools. I've tried them, and due to the nature of these PDFs they convert badly, or not at all.

Pictures will need cropping by hand, and saved to individual files and appropriately named.

There may be text that has been scanned or as part of images. Text will need to be hand typed and proof read. Due to the image quality OCR readers will most likely fail. Please proof read the text after it has been typed up.

Any text that you can copy and paste, then please paste into a text file.

There are 10 pages containing 2-4 images per page. Image quality needs to be retained as it is in the PDF, so don't use cropped screen-grab or screenshots. From my experimentation Photoshop or exporting each image using LibraOffice Writer works best.

Some examples of typical pages are attached. Note that on example 2 the text is blurry, this is text which has been flatted as an image and will need to be hand typed.
