PA / Virtual Assistant Ongoing Basis

I'm a founder of an ambitious and fast growing startup, as well as a mum to two boys. I'm looking for an experienced, confident and proactive PA to work with me remotely. I am swamped with various business-related admin tasks, on top of organising our family life. I need help with both.

First tasks would be to identify what are the activities that the PA / VA can take over, and I would expect them to proactively help identify more tasks as we go. The PA / VA would then take over as much of the workload from my shoulders. Example tasks would be: staying on top of correspondence with various stakeholders, and action points following any meetings etc.; updating documents; managing diary (business and personal); researching online; paying / booking for smaller expenses.

The PA / VA would need to work discretely, i.e. be in touch with stakeholders / contacts only when specifically authorised.

Excellent English and solid writing skills would be a plus.
