Hi
Looking for someone who loves organising, diverse challenges and multi tasking to support a home run production company (2 people) mainly organising the creative director.
The Production Company is run part time by two busy workin artists and needs someone who can stay on top of emails, calendars and keep website up to date (wordpress). Future marketting help may be required, eg sourcing designers, ordering flyers, basic design / press release templates if comfortable. Post collection, filing and account admin. Home office London, registered office down the street.
Main support is for Creative Director who is also on International Board of a global organisation. Travels frequently. Having just moved, initially organising the home office, filing all papers into new system, researching contractors will be helpful. The tasks are likely to change as each project is different bringing elements of research, travel bookings, email organisation etc. Occasional errands may be required. Much work can be done remotely but regular personal visits to answer post and file be required. Errands / personal presence may be required in the office ad hoc (post etc.) while travelling.
Details are likely to vary with projects this is suited to someone who is excited to have changing work as well as staple admin duties during organisational support of different and varied projects for creative and socially conscious policy campaigner.
Work hours may vary so flexibility required.
