Experience Level: Intermediate
We need to organise an event in September for ca 100 people.
We need help with teh whole thing: finding venues, compiling list of prices, organising supplies, etc. The venue should cater for internet connections with flat screens / projectors but should also be a little fun (not boring). the screens will be playing a presnetation in the background. Also we need a few girls to attand with branded t-shirts on to hand out flyers, drinks, chgat to people etc. We need someone who is experienced in doing this sort of thing. Please quote per day / hour BUT with cap on total project fee
