Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our company's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, linkedin, digital marketing and a proven track record of optimising processes and improving overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead and inspire professionals to achieve company goals and objectives.
* Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and streamline operational processes to maximise efficiency and enhance overall productivity.
* Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively including marketing budgets etc.
* Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure services exceed customer expectations.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals.
* Compliance: Ensure that the company operates in compliance with all relevant U.K laws and regulations.
* Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational performance.
* Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach to operations, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Marketing: a strong background of digital marketing including Linkedin, experienced in blogs/ e shots etc
* Tech: use of marketing package on Hubspot would be ideal.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field ideally and/or
* Proven experience in operations management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in using operations management software and tools. We use Hubspot as company CRM.
* Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
* Results-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
