I need a virtual assistant to do a deep online searching on the web.

The purpose is to find 3 debit cards which have ALL this requirements:
- Online remote opening
-Euro currency account
-Available for EU citizens and residents in EU
- Free charge, Zero account fees of any kind, to open and keep the account (monthly fees, dormant fees, maintenance fees)
- ATM withdraw at least 500 euro per month with Zero fee for ATM withdrawal outside of Europe and Zero commission of foreign currency exchange of the withdrawn money,
-Physical Card emission and shipping fee total below 5 euro.
