Experience Level: Entry
We are currently looking for an experienced admin clerk / VA to remotely support a private landlord with the management of 12 x single let properties. The main tasks would be as follows:
- communication with tenants
- composing and sending out various letters
- communication with external bodies (council, banks, suppliers)
- maintaining records in dropbox up to date at all times
- booking routine property visits and inspections
- research
- ad-hoc tasks as required
We've estimated that the hours required initially will be around 20 p/w with a view to gradually increase these to 40 as we get busier.
