On going admin to help manage a holiday let business & other miscellaneous tasks

Dealing with email enquiries from potential guests from AirBNB, Trip Advisor and Homeaway. Also taking and managing the bookings eg accepting reservation requests via email, sending out holiday confirmation letters via email, key pick up details, collecting reviews via websites, liaison with cleaners via text, updating on line calendars etc.

Cover is required from 1pm each day Mon to Fri and in the evenings after 5-30pm plus weekends all day. Enquiries are sporadic and often quick to answer as we have on line templates so you can do them via a mobile app. Success with these websites is measure by how quickly you respond - the quicker you respond the more likely we are to get a booking. However, at weekends, or inconvenient times a "holding response" is acceptable until a more convenient time for you to respond in full. Payment will be made only based on the time spent on the enquiry or specific task.

There is also various other tasks that I might choose to delegate at any time, for example, add a new holiday let unit to airBNB by copying details from Homeaway, notify utilities & council of new permanent tenant, Add new rates to website, find me a hotel etc etc.

I already have a VA who covers afternoons Mon-Fri from 1pm until 5.30pm (GMT) so you will need to be able to liaise with her if necessary. If you can only do mornings Mon-Fri or only weekends, it is still worth bidding for this work as I am prepared to split it across more than one person if necessary. However, priority will be given to applicants who can take over the whole lot.

All phone calls will be dealt with by me until such time that you are fully conversant with how the business operates & then maybe we will both feel confident to delegate. But be aware that phone calls are very rare.
