Need Linked In Expert to help with Sales Leads

I needs a Linked In expert to help me generate leads for my new business. Ideally, I want my Linked In connections exported into a sales management tool (like SalesQL) and from there I want emails sent to them offering to set up phone calls. I will provide the scripts for the emails, as well as attachments. This requires someone who has experience with Linked In as well as CRM or Sales platforms. I get approximately 100 to 300 new Connections each month, and each of them needs follow up to generate new sales leads. The ultimate goal is to get the contacts to agree to doing a phone call with me and my team.
