Need data entry from pdf into Excel

I have two pdf documents which I need to have entered into Excel:
- File one is about 60 rows of 10 data entry columns
- File two is about 40 rows of 6 data entry columns

Data is primarily numbers, some text.
Pre-formatted worksheets will be provided.
Accuracy is important but some values might not be completely legible so best guess is OK. There are calculated columns within the workbook which will help verify data entry accuracy.
I tried scanning the pdf files with OCR and it does not scan well so I need the values to be entered manually into Excel.
Should take about an hour, maybe two if you are slow like I am, possibly less if you are really fast.
Would like to have it by 3:00pm PT today, Friday Sep 2, if possible, but I am flexible on the deadline.
