We are in. need of an administrative assistant who can perform various projects on an on-going basis.
Some of the projects include:
>Updating databases
>Posting website updates
>collecting guest lists
>Maintaining and tracking RSVPs
>setting up meetings and zoom webinars
>other duties as assigned
Some familiarity with Wordpress would be great but not required. Excellent attention to detail is a must.
Generally quick turnaround for projects is very important. Great communicator who can ask for what they need.
We are a fast paced non-profit team in the US. The position could turn into full time but currently is hourly.
