Need a Web Research Expert

I need a web research expert to find me some emails. I need emails of the e-Commerce shop of the whole England. There are 51 cities in the England. I need the emails city by city. I will be needed the list of all eCommerce shop with their web address, email and their facebook page link (if have). The data must need to be in a XL-sheet.

The XL sheet will contain with only 4 information: 1.E-commerce Shop Name 2. E-mail 3. Web address 4. Facebook page link

Sorry for putting very small amount. This is a start up business. But this is ongoing project. So if I get profit from this emails I will surely increase the budget and will appoint you permanently for the job. Please don't send proposal if you want more from my budget.
