Hi there,
I have a PDF form (for context it is an account application form for my business) I would like someone that has experience in using a form building service (like jotform or some other online tool builder, ideally that accepts digital signatures) to convert this PDF into an electronic form.
Ideally need this done today, for reference this is a one page form, with simple information gathering (addresses, references etc) and some tick boxes "services required etc."
Ideally the form would be branded with my new branding.
