Monthly expenses reconciled onto a spreadsheat

I have around 40 to 50 receipts each month which cover my business exepenses. I travel internationally and have associated expenses. HSBC issue a monthly statement but for tax reasons I need these reconciling to a simple excel spreadsheet. I am very disciplined in keeping all receipts. I would scan and send you copies of the receipts on a monthly basis and mark them for example, 'Diesel for Company Car, France, Germany etc'
You would then enter them into the spreadsheet and mail back the completed spreadsheet which balances with the HSBC statement.
The job is fairly straight forward, I am really looking for a way to free up some time in my schedule and do not have a PA.
I usually takes me around 1 hour per month to do this.
