Minute Taker

We are a learning & development company in the UK looking for an individual to take minutes of meetings which will be available as video recordings. This will be an ongoing, long-term requirement and could lead to further work in the future.

We require:
• an English speaker with excellent vocabulary and grammatical skills
• experience in taking minutes, recording key decisions and items discussed
• attention to detail
• proofreading of the Minutes to ensure correct spelling, punctuation, grammar
• minutes delivered in Word format
• delivery of minutes within one week of receipt of the video recording
• complete confidentiality

There will be around 1 video per month to record minutes for. Each video meeting will normally be between 1 and 2 hours long.

Please quote for providing minutes for each ** half hour ** of a video meeting. We can therefore manage cost based on length of video meeting.
