Master spreadsheet polulated

I have approx 200 spreadsheets that have some data ( 3 fields) that i need adding to a master spreadsheet approx 1700 contacts
I need expect greater than 98% accuracy and need this to be done by the end of Saturday 22nd

Accuracy will be verified by manually and randomly selecting 100 records. Any accuracy below the threshold, will mean that the job will be rejected

Any comments made in the emails sent need to be recorded in notes comment

I will need to forward you the emails containing the files that need incorporating
