Market research assistant needed

Hi, I am looking for a virtual assistant to perform market research on properties in the UK for investing. Specifically the person needs to find more information about selected properties (this involves making calls to letting agents in the UK). Also I need the assistant to be able to schedule viewing appointments for me.
