Market Research (5+ hours of data collection)

I have a market research project that I need some help with.
I have a Google Spreadsheet of nearly 400 business department names (with the web addresses for each department hyperlinked) and I would like to gather the department postal address and then the names, job roles and email addresses (and their specific location if available) for any people in that department that have a role of interest (mainly a Human Resources (HR) related role but I can share the roles I'd be interested in). All this information is publicly available.
Where these details aren't available on the website, a quick search in LinkedIn may be required.
I have a summary document of what I want and a one-hour long example video of collecting the data so you can see what I would be looking for.
I would like to purchase 5 hours initially, but it may take 10+ hours of work to complete the whole spreadsheet (we can review your progress as we go).
