I have an excel file with 428 items of data which represent date and kg. I'd like them to be manually keyed into Garmin Connect - a web based entry system. I've tried it and it's possible to do 4 per minute easily so a 2.5 hrs should be plenty. Attached is the data plus a screenshot of the site.
