Hello. I have a rather tedious job unfortunately. We have around 1300 contacts that need to be added or updated in our database. Unfortunately we don't have their unique ID so it needs to be done using a manual lookup.
Essentially the process is:
1. Search company name
2. See if the contact position exists- if YES update to new name add email and save. if NO add new contact (name, email and position) and save
3. Next one
The system used is Zoho Recruit
