Management and reporting spreadsheet design

UPDATED DESCRIPTION DUE TO NUMBERS OF REQUESTS FOR MORE INFO.

We are an estate agency business with a huge New Homes side to the business. We use a cloud-based CRM system for our day-to-day estate agency business. However it doesn't cater for our specific requirements for tracking and reporting for new homes.

I therefore need a tracking, summary, & reporting template spreadsheet designed & have attached a sheet showing roughly the information required. The spreadsheet will be updated daily by our sales team with new sites and plots added as and when. We also need to produce weekly and monthly summary reports to the developers.
