Looking for VA & Admin Support across Multiple Projects

We are looking for a 100% remote & flexible based freelance 2x VAs / Admin support, to provide weekly support for our marketing team, across multiple business projects.

For the right person we offer a minimum 10 hours per week of work (can increase up to 30 hours per week) and a set of other freelance based benefits. This adds up to between £180 to £540/week.

This rate can be increased potentially every 6 month depending on performance.

Keep requirements:
- highly professional individual, able to write professionally in a business context
- extremely reliable & punctual, can meet deadlines consistently
- a clear & concise communicator, ideally a native English speaker,
- have similar experience working on the tasks listed above
- great attention to details
- can adapt to working hours of the UK (9-5 GMT)

Below are some of the regular tasks you will be working on:

- Scheduling Daily Social Media Posts using HubSpot (Monday-Friday)
- Scheduling Weekly Blog Posts using HubSpot
- Partnership Research
- Content Collaboration Research (Eg. Guest for Webinars or YouTube Interviews)
- Briefing Designers on Content Required using Trello
- Editing Video Transcripts
- Editing Blog Posts
- Searching for Images for Content
- Checking blog posts to meet SEO required guideline
- Creating weekly emails
- Support with putting together monthly marketing reports
- (Shopify) updating customer tracking numbers
- (Shopify) Track & update latest customer status
- (Shopify) respond to customers about shipping status
- ambassador request processing/submission approval

We will carry out a test project (paid) for several candidates, once passed this can be a great long term project for you.
